Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) and by PayPal.
I do not have a Paypal account. How should I place order??
Don’t worry as you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card’s data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don’t need to register a PayPal account either.

How long will delivery take?
- Average transit time for orders within United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada is 5 – 14 Business days
- Average transit time for International orders is 10 – 20 Business days
What is your return and refund policy??
Please note, we only accept returns of unused, undamaged Products, with original packaging, tags and marks intact. Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged Products will not be refunded.
You may return an unused Product for any reason whatsoever, undamaged and in its original packing, within 7 days as of delivery. You may not return any Product after 7 days from the delivery. Please reach us at [email protected] for RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
Do I receive tracking number for my order?
